1. The service
Tramontane builds and hosts web applications (Next.js and others) from your git repositories, on infrastructure in the European Union. These terms are between you (or the organization you sign up for) and [Company name].
2. Accounts
You sign in with a code sent to your email. New accounts are reviewed before they can deploy. You are responsible for what your team members do, and for keeping access to your email secure.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for:
- Illegal content, malware, phishing, spam, or content infringing others' rights.
- Cryptocurrency mining, attacks or scans against other systems, or ways around plan limits.
- Load that endangers the platform or other customers.
We may suspend a deployment or an account that breaks these rules, with notice when possible.
4. Plans and payment
The Hobby plan is free, within its limits. Pro is billed monthly in advance through Mollie; you can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the paid month. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Limits are shown in Settings → Billing.
5. Your content
Your code and data remain yours. You grant us the rights needed to build, store and serve them. For personal data you process through the service, the data processing agreement applies.
6. Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but give no guarantee during this early phase. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We keep backups, but you should keep your own copies of your code and data.
7. Ending
You can delete your account at any time. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, or at once for serious breaches.
8. Law
French law applies; courts of [registered address] have jurisdiction, subject to consumer protection rules.
