Who we are

Tramontane is run by [Company name], [legal form, e.g. SAS], [registered address], France, [RCS / SIREN number] ("we"). We are the controller of the data about you as our customer. For the data of your own sites' visitors, we are your processor: see the data processing agreement.

What we collect, and why

• Your email address: to sign you in (a code by email), and to send you invitations, notifications and service messages. Basis: contract.
• Your teams, projects, deployments, domains, environment variables (encrypted): to run the service. Basis: contract.
• Git host access you grant (tokens, encrypted): to clone your repositories and report deployments. Basis: contract.
• Billing data: handled by Mollie; we keep payment references, amounts and dates. Basis: contract and legal obligation (accounting, 10 years).
• Request logs of your sites (path, status, duration, cache state, host) and CDN logs with anonymized IP addresses: to show you observability and to bill usage. Kept 30 days. Basis: contract.
• Session cookie: keeps you signed in, 30 days. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Where it is

In the European Union, with the providers listed on the subprocessors page. GitHub (United States) only receives requests if you connect it.

How long

As long as your account exists. When you delete it, your account and the teams only you are in are deleted at once, with their projects and cloud resources; logs expire within 30 days and backups within 14 days. Accounting records are kept 10 years.

Your rights

You can access and download your data (Settings → Account → Your data), correct it, delete your account (Settings → Account), and object to or restrict processing. Write to privacy@tramontane.cloud. You can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
